Bob

Bob French CMC, Managing Partner

Bob is a Certified Management Consultant with 35 years of senior business experience. For the past ten years he has been advising CEO's and business owners of large and small companies on strategic and tactical growth solutions. 

Bob spent 20 years with FORTUNE 500 companies in various sales and marketing management positions. Ten of those years were with Xerox Corporation in the company’s U.S. Systems Division where he served in several management roles and became Director, Major Account Marketing where he grew his business unit from $12MM to $75MM annually.

After Xerox, Bob became CEO and Tour Commissioner of the World Professional Squash Association. During his 10-year tenure he built the World Pro Tour from start up to over 35 events a year throughout North America and in the process sold programs and packages to over 100 FORTUNE 500 companies.

He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and has won national and world championships in squash, tennis and table tennis.

  
Ken

Ken Nangle, Senior Partner

A serial entrepreneur, Ken Nangle brings over 32 years of hands on business experience and executive leadership. Prior to joining Competitive Advantage Group, Ken started developed and operated three successful consulting companies over a twenty-three year period. 

Ken was the founder, President & CEO of The Power Store, a 55 person IT consulting firm specializing in the Real Estate Investment Trust industry for 19 years. 

He also organized and launched BAREIT, a regional group of REIT executives that met on a regular basis to discuss common business and industry issues.  Before launching The Power Store he was a founder and partner in Micronet Business Systems, a 25 person network systems and consulting company for 4 years.  Ken also founded the local and Solomon Accounting System user groups which sponsored many local and regional events that went on to attain national attention in the industry.  He was a partner in an automated financial reporting company for a year and practiced executive search in the hospitality industry for 3 years.

  

Dale Radcliff, Senior Partner

Dale brings to Competitive Advantage Group over 30 years of business experience in both large company settings and entrepreneurial middle market companies.

Over a fifteen year career at Bank of America, from 1975 thru 1989, he has held numerous management positions including Vice President, Strategic & Market Planning and, as a Vice President selling both to middle market and large corporate banking customers in the bank's commercial banking divisions. In addition, for five years he was Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of the bank's operations and technology division overseeing a $600MM budget.

After leaving BofA, Dale was the CFO of three consecutive $20MM+ companies, for the last of which he was also Co-CEO.  During these years he managed the mergers and acquisition of several companies as well as the sale of two companies to FORTUNE 500 companies.

Dale holds both Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley as well as having successfully completing executive marketing programs sponsored by Columbia and Harvard Universities.
